Fall / Winter wedding ideas and styles

So each season I have posted a small blog on a few new color and wedding styles for each season. I have to say I’m inspired to do this again. All thought I myself am not getting married I do how ever attend quiet a few weddings. I see all kinds of styles and colors. I myself love to look up the up and coming looks….who says I can’t help out with some of your future looks and planning. Besides I am the one who photographs you on your special day. So I know what colors look amazing when photographed right. Below I put together some images that I goggled that I love and hopefully that can help inspire you for your upcoming wedding or your future planned wedding. These are merely ideas and examples.

 Navy blue / Apple green

Cobolt blue / Yellow

 Eggplant / Dirty Green-Grey

These are the three pallets that I’m loving at the moment.....Remember winter doesn’t always mean you have to be in reds and ice blues, colors and traditions are changing.

Below I also posting more color pallets for Fall or winter and some sample of popular wedding style dresses! I hope these photos inspire you and well as it has me!

Now some fun dresses......

Right for each other....

Melissa and Rory are a young amazing couple. When I first met with these two I had learned that they had been together for quiet some time now. Like every relationships there is ups and downs. To my surprise I learned that this couple had once felt that when they first met they were nothing of each other types. Looking at the photos we all can see how wrong they were. I meet with couples often and I have to say these two complement each other very well. I love when two people are sure about what the want and go for it together.

For months I have looked forward to this couples wedding, and their wedding day was amazing. Things all came together as they planned and even the weather was my best friend that day! The day was perfect!

I often wonder if I can call my job a job after weddings like this one, I have to say I do love what I do and am very blessed to keep doing it. Thank you Melissa and Rory for letting me capture your day! People like you two help me stay inspired to doing what I love! Blessings and love to you both!

Marry me once...no Twice!

I'm sure when you read the title to this post it was a little confusing, well let me explain this couples story to you. Last year I had gotten a phone call to photograph this couples wedding which was a nice small private ceremony. This couple decided that they wanted to do a big wedding on for their first year anniversary....so they decided to get married for the second time. I have to say this was a much bigger wedding than the first. Which meant more photos for me to take :)

Soon after I arrived to the locations for this couples wedding I soon realized I was going to have a hard time choosing photos for this blog. I absolutely loved this brides 50's style look. She was stunning with her vintage looking veil and cherry on top color lips and her dress was a great completion to her look. I only wished I had more time to photography this couple but as usually us photographers have a tight schedule to run.

I had a great time shooting one of the many weddings I have for this month and since I think I narrowed the photos that I’m using for this couples sneak peek I will leave you all to view them, as for me I have to get back to some editing.
